Problems with your order? Here's how to get help.

Wrong Order

At the Truck

  1. Check before you leave
  2. Show them your order on the app
  3. They can usually fix it on the spot

After Leaving

Contact support with your order number, what you ordered versus what you received, and photos if possible.

Missing Items

  1. Look through all bags and containers
  2. Verify your order in the app
  3. Return to the truck if possible — they can often provide the missing items quickly
  4. If you can't return, contact support with your order number and the missing items

Order Status Stuck

If your order status hasn't changed in a while:

  1. Pull down to refresh the tracking screen
  2. Close and reopen the app
  3. Check if the truck is still open
  4. If stuck for a long time, contact the truck or contact support

Refunds

When You Can Get a Refund

  • Order never received due to an app error
  • Significant missing items
  • Wrong order that couldn't be fixed

How to Request a Refund

  1. Try to resolve with the food truck first
  2. If they can't help, contact support with your order number, reason for the refund request, and any relevant photos

Approved refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Cancelling an Order

Orders are sent to food trucks immediately and cannot be cancelled through the app. If you need to cancel, contact the truck directly as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund are at the truck's discretion.

Quality Issues

  1. Document with photos if possible
  2. Contact the food truck — most will make it right
  3. If unresolved, contact support
