Notification Issues

Not receiving notifications about your orders? Here's how to fix it.

Check Notification Settings

On Your iPhone

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap EetEet
  3. Tap Notifications
  4. Make sure Allow Notifications is ON
  5. Enable the notification types you want:
    • Lock Screen
    • Notification Center
    • Banners

Focus Mode Blocking Notifications

If you use Focus modes (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, etc.):

  1. Open Settings > Focus
  2. Tap your active Focus mode
  3. Under Allowed Notifications, add EetEet
  4. Or allow time-sensitive notifications

Notification Permissions Reset

Sometimes iOS resets notification permissions after an update:

  1. Go to Settings > EetEet > Notifications
  2. Turn Allow Notifications OFF
  3. Wait a moment
  4. Turn it back ON
  5. Re-enable your preferred settings

Background App Refresh

EetEet needs background refresh to deliver timely notifications:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh
  2. Make sure it's ON
  3. Find EetEet and make sure it's enabled

Low Power Mode

Low Power Mode can delay notifications:

  1. Check if the battery icon is yellow
  2. Go to Settings > Battery
  3. Turn off Low Power Mode if you need timely notifications

Still Not Working?

Try these additional steps:

  1. Force close and reopen EetEet
  2. Restart your iPhone
  3. Delete and reinstall the app (you'll need to log in again)
  4. Check your internet connection - notifications need connectivity
