- Go to the Account tab
- Tap Help & Support

- Describe your issue

What to Include¶
Help us resolve your issue faster by including:
- Your email (the one on your account)
- Order number (if about an order)
- Description of the issue
- Steps you've tried already
- Screenshots if helpful
Response Time¶
We typically respond within:
- 1 business day for most inquiries
- Within hours for urgent order issues
Urgent Issues¶
For urgent issues during an active order:
- Try to resolve directly with the food truck first
- Use in-app support for the fastest response
- Include "URGENT" in your message
Food Truck Issues¶
For issues with a specific food truck (wrong order, quality, etc.):
- Try to resolve with the truck directly first
- Most trucks want to make things right
- Contact us if the truck can't help
