  • Description of the issue

Response Time

We typically respond within:

  • Within hours for urgent order issues

Urgent Issues

For urgent issues during an active order:

  • Try to resolve directly with the food truck first
  • Use in-app support for the fastest response
  • Include "URGENT" in your message

Food Truck Issues

For issues with a specific food truck (wrong order, quality, etc.):

  1. Try to resolve with the truck directly first
  2. Most trucks want to make things right
  3. Contact us if the truck can't help
