Picking Up Your Order

When your order is ready, head to the truck and grab your food.

When to Go

Wait for the "Ready" notification or status before heading over. Arriving early means waiting while your food is still being prepared.

Finding the Truck

From the order tracking screen:

  1. Tap Get Directions
  2. Apple Maps opens with the truck's location
  3. Follow the directions

At the Truck

  1. Look for the pickup window or designated area
  2. Have your phone ready (you may need to show your order)
  3. Tell them your name or order number
  4. Collect your food

Order Number

Your order number appears:

  • On the confirmation screen after ordering
  • In the tracking screen
  • In your push notifications

It's usually a short number like #42 or #103.

Verifying Your Order

Before you leave:

  1. Check that you received all items
  2. Look inside bags to make sure nothing's missing
  3. If something's wrong, let the truck know immediately

It's much easier to fix issues while you're still there.

Pickup Time Window

Most trucks expect you to pick up within 15-30 minutes of your order being marked ready. If you'll be delayed, contact the truck — food quality decreases over time.

Can't Find the Truck?

  • Double-check the map location
  • Food trucks sometimes move slightly from their posted location
  • Look for the truck name or branding

Missed Pickup?

If you can't pick up your order, contact the truck as soon as possible. Refund policies vary by truck. See Order Issues for more help.
