Order Status¶
Your order moves through several stages from placement to pickup.
Status Stages¶
1. Placed¶
Your order has been sent to the food truck.
What's happening: The truck received your order on their screen and will begin preparation shortly.
2. In Progress¶
The food truck is actively making your order.
What's happening: Your food is being cooked and assembled.
3. Ready¶
Your order is complete and waiting for you.
What's happening: Your food is bagged and ready. Head to the truck!
4. Picked Up¶
You've collected your order. Enjoy your meal!
Viewing Order Details¶
From the tracking screen, you can see:
- Order number - Your unique order ID
- Items ordered - What you're getting
- Total paid - Including tax and tip
- Food truck location - Where to pick up
Order Timeline¶
The tracking screen shows a timeline of when each status changed, helping you estimate when your food will be ready.
Stuck Order?¶
If your order seems stuck on one status for a long time:
- Check if the truck is still open
- Try refreshing the app (pull down)
- Contact the truck directly if possible
