Order Tracking¶
Once you place an order, EetEet keeps you informed at every step.
Tracking Features¶
- Order Status - Follow your order through each stage
- Live Activity - Track from your lock screen
- Notifications - Get alerts as your order progresses
- Pickup - Know when and where to grab your food
Quick Status Guide¶
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Placed | The truck has your order |
| In Progress | Your food is being made |
| Ready | Time to pick it up |
| Picked Up | Order complete |
Viewing Your Order¶
- After ordering, the tracking screen appears automatically
- You can also tap the Orders tab to find your active order
- Tap any order for full details
