Use Deals¶
Apply your clipped deals at checkout to save on your order.
Applying a Deal¶
- Add items to your cart from the deal's food truck
- Go to Checkout
- Your clipped deals appear in the deals section
- Tap a deal to apply it
- The discount reflects in your order total
Deal Eligibility¶
A deal only appears at checkout if:
- You're ordering from the correct truck
- Your order meets the minimum amount
- The deal hasn't expired
- You have the required items (for item-specific deals)
Seeing Your Savings¶
After applying a deal:
- The original subtotal shows with a strikethrough
- The discount amount is displayed
- The new total reflects your savings
Removing a Deal¶
Changed your mind?
- Tap the applied deal
- Tap Remove
- Your total returns to the original price
Deal Not Working?¶
"Deal not applicable"
- Check that you meet the minimum order amount
- Confirm you're ordering from the correct truck
- Verify the deal hasn't expired
Deal doesn't appear
- Make sure you clipped the deal first
- Check that you're logged into your account
- The deal may have already been used
After Using a Deal¶
Once you place your order with a deal:
- The deal is marked as used
- It's removed from your active Perks
- You can see it in your order history
