Review your order and complete your purchase.

Checkout Steps

  1. Review your items — make sure everything looks right
  2. Add a tip — optional but appreciated
  3. Select payment — choose how to pay
  4. Place order — confirm and submit

Order Summary

At checkout you'll see all items with customisations, subtotal, tax, tip (if added), and the total.

Contact Information

Make sure your name is correct — the truck will call it when your order is ready.

If you're checking out as a guest, you'll need to enter:

  • Your name
  • Your email (for the receipt)

Applying Deals

If you have clipped deals, they'll appear at checkout. Tap to apply an eligible deal to your order. See Use Deals for details.

Placing Your Order

  1. Review everything one last time
  2. Tap Place Order
  3. Confirm the payment
  4. Done!

After Ordering

Once your order is placed:

  1. A confirmation screen appears
  2. The order shows up in Order Tracking
  3. You'll receive a push notification when it's ready

Can I Cancel?

Orders are sent directly to the food truck and preparation begins immediately. If you need to cancel, contact the truck as soon as possible — cancellations aren't guaranteed. See Order Issues for more help.
