Track Your Order¶
After placing your order, follow its progress right in the app.
Order Status¶
Your order moves through these stages:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Placed | The truck received your order |
| In Progress | Your food is being prepared |
| Ready | Time to pick it up |
Viewing Your Order¶
After checkout, the tracking screen appears automatically. You can also:
- Tap the Orders tab
- See your active order at the top
- Tap for full details
What You'll See¶
The tracking screen shows:
- Order number - Your reference
- Current status - Where your order is in the process
- Items - What you ordered
- Truck location - Tap for directions
Live Activity¶
On supported iPhones, your order status appears on your lock screen:
- See updates without unlocking
- Dynamic Island shows progress (iPhone 14 Pro and later)
- Updates automatically as your order moves forward
Estimated Time¶
The truck may provide an estimate of when your food will be ready. This updates as they work through orders.
